Mmmmm we love poutine around here! This one got topped with a veggie loaded spicy gravy. Do you like to add anything to your poutine, what's your favourite? Or are you a classic only fan?
My fav is butter chicken poutine... but the gravy HAS TO be hot enough to melt the curds...
Where I come from, there is always a BBQ type of poutine sauce, and the classic, for sure. This BBQ sauce is somewhat like the St-Hubert one, but adapted for each restaurant. Some places very spicy, some not so much but always very flavourful!
Whats better than carbs on carbs?! 🤪Throw some summer savoury dressing on that… yummmmmm
I’m not a huge poutine fan but I really like turkey dinner poutine. I top my homemade fries with diced turkey, leftover stuffing, peas, cheese curds, gravy & cranberry sauce. Sooo yummy!

Some of your house made pickles would be amazing on this ! Maybe some bacon for good measures

The fries I had at Rockin' Rogi yesterday were SO good - crispy and flavourful and a huge serving! Not to mention the awesome bean burger with them!! 🥰🥰
