Just a rant and PSA, from here on there will always be a 20% non-refundable deposit for catering orders that we agree to do. We just had a luncheon canceled with less than 24 hours notice, which we waived the deposit on as it was for a community non-profit. This was, of course AFTER we had purchased all the perishable produce, and all because they changed their location and didn't consider that we weren't able to change our hours and deliver to another town, in the middle of Burger Wars when we are already swamped🤬

That’s so unfortunate. Sometimes people have no courtesy with what it takes for a small business to survive. Happy to take on any surplus produce if you need….
